Guide to IBA Rules

Published by Cambridge University Press is my Guide to the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration.

One of the few rocks in the turbulent seas of arbitration the IBA Rules are commonly adopted in both commercial and investor-state arbitrations and the Guide looks at practical steps in their application for the benefit of both practitioners and arbitral tribunals.

The Guide is available from the publisher at  http://www.cambridge.org/gb/academic/subjects/law/arbitration-dispute-resolution-and-mediation/iba-rules-taking-evidence-international-arbitration-guide (English i.e. £ or GBP) or      http://www.cambridge.org/us/academic/subjects/law/arbitration-dispute-resolution-and-mediation/iba-rules-taking-evidence-international-arbitration-guide (United States i.e. US$)

In the review of the Guide published in “Arbitration” (the Journal of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators) the reviewer said: “I would not hesitate to recommend this book, not only for its uniqueness, but also for the eminently practical sense with which it has been written.” (Arbitration Vol. 79 Number 3 August 2013)
