ICC to remain in Paris

The ICC has recently been debating where its home should be, having acknowledged that its premises at Albert 1er where both too small and antiquated.

Notwithstanding strong lobbying from Geneva the ICC will remain in Paris in new premises at Avenue du President Wilson (and with significant tax advantages equivalent to those afforded to UNESCO).

This is welcome news not least to the English arbitration community who, with the benefit of the Eurostar, can attend events easily, but, more seriously, to ensure continuity of the excellent staff at the ICC.
